北风呼啸！【北京今日阵风可达7至8级白天最高气温仅零下1℃】来源：中国天气网

中国天气网讯今天（1月28日），北京遭遇大风降温侵袭，预计全市将有4~5级北风，局地阵风可达7~8级！在北风劲吹之下，风寒效应明显，白天的最高气温将降至-1℃左右，公众外出需注意防风保暖。

昨天白天，受较强冷空气影响，北京地区的气温较前一日有明显下降，早上的最低气温仅-5.9℃，白天的最高气温也只有3.4℃，较前一日的最高气温6.9℃明显回落。傍晚到夜间，北风上线，北京市气象台为此发布了大风蓝色预警信号。

今晨5~6时，北京城区极大风速在7~8级。国家站石景山站达到9级；南郊观象台8级；延庆小海坨凌晨5点的极大风速达到36.6米/秒，也就是12级。

北京今晨风寒效应明显。

今天早高峰到上午时段，北京仍将北风加持，午后风力逐渐减弱。根据今晨6时北京市气象台发布的预报，今天白天晴，北风5级（阵风7~8级）转南风2级，最高气温-1℃；夜间晴，南转北风1~2级，最低气温-9℃。

明天，北京以晴天为主，风力减小的同时，气温也有所回升，预计大部地区的最高气温将升至2℃左右。

气象部门提醒，今天北风劲吹，公众出行需注意防风保暖，避免在高楼、广告牌和临时搭建物下停留，以免发生意外。此外，尽管明天的最高气温将回升到了0℃以上，但与降温前相比气温还是偏低，公众出行仍需继续做好防寒保暖工作。
